We are currently looking for Distributors / Dealers & Retailers to represent our Sprite TM and Gryphon TM wind turbines. An excellent opportunity exists for dealers/retailers to promote these wind turbines! We at Natural Power Products (NPP) have created these turbines to perform and behave exceptionally well at an economical price. No bells and whistles or useless design features or extra parts hanging off our turbines! Solid, robust, simple yet amazing performance and durability. These turbines are meant for tough conditions! The Sprite is marine rated so it can exist in demanding salt water environments. The Gryphons are built to last, incorporating solid fiberglass blades, thick steel hub, quality bearings and powerful permanent magnets & rotor. These turbines are meant to go to work and not complain! All our turbines have separate charge controllers that are field replaceable. The controllers accept the 3 phase AC from the PMA and rectify it to useable DC voltage for battery storage or grid-tie applications.
NPP offers secure dealerships to honorable businesses internationally. We back up our product with excellent warranties and exchange policies. At NPP we are fully knowledgeable concerning exporting and shipping internationally.
Terms of Dealership:
~ New Dealers expected to purchase 1 Sprite and 1 Gryphon for showroom & to become
familiar with them.
~ International orders payable by credit card, money order, certified cheque.
~ Dealer orders to be done by "Dealer Order Form" on our web site. All signatures required.
Fax back.
~ Payment terms for accounts made only to qualified companies.
~ Foreign customs and duty responsibility of dealer. Freight FOB Kitchener.
~ Dealers expected to honour service calls and technical assistance.
~ Dealers expected to have a marketing plan for the Sprite and Gryphon turbines.
~ 3 year warranty on Sprite and Gryphon wind turbines. Blades warranteed for 1 year.
Charge controllers warranteed for 1 year.
~ Improper installation, use and or adverse environmental conditions void warranty.
~ 25% restocking charge + shipping for all returns.
~ NPP will not be held liable for any damages which may occur before, during and after
purchasing, installing and using any and of it's products.
~ NPP reserves the right to cancel, at any time, any Dealership arrangement previously
made.
~ Turbines include: Charge controller, blades, nacelle, nuts & bolts, & documentation.
Tower kits extra.
~ No taxes apply on international orders.
~ No minimum orders.
~ Drop shipping available.
Steps to become a Dealer:
1. Read this page and View the documents herein.
2. If you are interested, send us an e-mail and introduce your company.
3. NPP will e-mail: Dealer Pricing, "Terms of Dealership", and "Dealership
Application" forms.
4. You complete the forms, sign & date, and FAX them to us. 011 519 458-4441.
5. You will get a confirmation e-mail stating that we received your submission.
6. NPP will determine if your company is eligible for a Dealership agreement with us.
7. If accepted, we will e-mail "Dealership Acknowledgement" form to you.
8. You complete, sign & date the "Dealership Acknowledgement" form and FAX it
to us.
9. NPP will confirm and request your first order.
